Has anyone used or know of any reviews on Aquarius Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring?
I should have done research first but am in process of installing Aquarius Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring. Has anyone used it? Any problems with it? Reviews? Thank you
DHIY use to sell these Vinyl Plank Flooring. They are great for areas where you can’t use conventional HDF laminate flooring such as bathrooms and kitchens. They are practically the same as laminate flooring with easy click system for installation. The only difference is the core of the board, which is made out of PVC. These are also harder and tougher than HDF and are widely used in garages as well.
I have nt used this particular product but have used the same product call Traffic Master Allure and I can tell you that is an excellent product.
Keeping things clean and taking the tape off one pc at a time and keep the glueless edges clean is a big trick in doing a product like this.
Using a heavy roller to completely press the seams together is almost a must to seal the edged together.
If you saw this at Menards, check out Home Depot which carries the Allure.
I put the Allure in my gf s bedroom basement for her boy and it went through a flood ( 1" completely covered the floor) and it didn t effect the floor at all.
